We are current accepting donations of good saleable items for our July sale: furniture, dishware, tools, garn décor and anything cottage! It's not too late to clean out the cottage, attic, basement or garage and donate your hidden treasures to support homeless animals in the Muskoka Region! Aug. 14-16 - The 2014 Canadian Wakeboard Nationals in Bala Presented by Monster. Held at Bush's Sports Centre in Bala, the Canadian National Wakeboard Championships, is the pinnacle of domestic competition, an opportunity for the best riders in the country to display their skills, and for the Canadian wakeboard community to celebrate the sport! Aside from the competition itself, this event also provides riders, coaches spectators and water-sports enthusiasts a unique setting to network, build relationships and learn more about the wakeboard scene in different parts of Canada. The Canadian National Wakeboard Championships are open to riders of all ages and all abilities; there are no qualification requirements! We encourage anyone interested in the sport to enter or at least stop by the family-friendly event to get a feel for the fun and excitement that the sport has to offer.
